Returns

products can be returned within 30 days, unused, and in original packaging.

Refunds

once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be issued to your original payment method. If you have any questions about the refund process, please reach out to our customer service team.

Exchanges

we want you to be delighted with your purchase from Blue & Roo. If you need to exchange a product, please contact our customer service team at blueandroofood@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for an exchange. To process an exchange: Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to exchange. Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide instructions for returning the item. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will dispatch the replacement item or provide further instructions if the requested product is out of stock.

Shipping Costs

if you are returning a product due to a change of mind or for reasons other than a defect or error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If the product is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, Blue & Roo will cover the return shipping costs. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label or instructions for returning the product at no additional cost. For exchanges, if the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, return shipping will be covered by us. Otherwise, you may need to cover the cost of return shipping.
